Upon registering for the Annual Meeting you will receive instructions via email on how to book your accommodations using our group rate of $169 per night (plus taxes and fees).
The cut-off date for the group rate is January 4, 2027. However, rooms can sell out before that date. We encourage you to register and make your reservations early!
